At the end of every tomato season Jeremy makes ragu (Not to be confused with marinara, like the Ragu brand you buy in a jar. No way man.)
Take a bunch of these...

Add some of these....

Plus lots of other things like carrots, onions, garlic and wine. Let it simmer on the stove for 10 hours like this....
Until it turns into this....

Thick and flavorful meat slurry. To be served with pasta or potatoes, or on a sandwich. Whatever you want.
Eat some, freeze some. Super yum.
