Turkey Basil Burger:
-- 1lb ground turkey (lean but not extra lean)
-- 1 egg
-- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
-- 1/2 cup or so chopped basil (from the garden:)
-- 2 tsp salt
-- 1 tsp pepper
Now the key ingredient was actually the cheese on top....low fat feta! With an onion and whole wheat bun it equals about 8 WW points per 1/3 lb burger.
