Two things every midwestern kid learns to do in the summer time...break beans and shuck corn. The corn is still a little advanced for her, maybe next summer!
I remember doing this with my grandma. We would sit on the porch swing and snap beans and sip tea for hours! You guys should go out to the strawberry fiels and let her pick strawberries too. That was fun!
I'm Laura, a 29 year old homemaking, breastfeeding, cloth diapering, Weight Watcher-ing Christian Mama to Tessa- born on 4/18/07 and Charley born 1/27/09
My husband Jeremy tele-works for a telecommunications company in San Jose where we used to live. We now live in Indiana where I work at the 24/7 job of being a mom....I try to pretend I know what I'm doing but it's all a facade. I just remember that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
